OnTerra Systems Announces Long-time Microsoft Technical Program Manager Has Joined the Company

OnTerra Systems (www.OnTerraSystems.com), a web mapping technologies provider, reseller, and systems integrator, today announced that long-time Microsoft Technical Program Manager Erik Lindeman has joined the company as Director of Product Management.

Lindeman brings deep expertise in geospatial technology, software product management, and program leadership from his more than 13 years at Microsoft, where he held multiple program management roles related to Bing Maps for Enterprise and other Microsoft mapping products.

In his new role at OnTerra Systems, Lindeman will lead product management across the company’s product line, including RouteSavvy route planning software, the RouteSavvy and RouteSavvy API PLUS route optimization APIs, and the MapSavvy Web Map Service. He will also support OnTerra Systems’ consulting practice for Bing Maps for Enterprise customers planning their migration to Azure Maps, HERE Technologies, Google Maps, or another platform before Microsoft’s June 2028 Bing Maps for Enterprise retirement date.
